The Piper has been planned with special events like yours in mind. Our goal is to help you plan a smoothly run, carefree party. We have two areas available depending on the size of your group, time, and the nature of the event. Read Julie's FAQ's on Banquets. Call Julie Harkema, Piper's Event Coordinator, at 616-335-5866. Pier Room
|
The Pier Room is our primary banquet room, perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, retirement dinners, and other special functions. Book early for Christmas parties. This romantic ground-floor room accommodates up to 135 guests and offers a magnificent view of Lake Macatawa and Eldean Marina and opens outside to a cocktail patio. |

For a more intimate setting, the Piper Loft is a private space that offers seating for up to 32 guests. It occupies the third floor of the restaurant overlooking the main dining room with a panoramic view of Lake Macatawa. The Loft is used for nightly dinner guests during the summer season and busy weekends; and we might not be able to accommodate private parties at those times. Sorry, our elevator does not go up to the third floor. |

Our services include NO room rental fees when our low-minimum guest counts are met. Friday events require 40 guests and Saturdays require 70. We set up the room and clean up after your event. Table linens, napkins and all tableware are included. You have the option of allowing us to coordinate special order linens, decor, chair covers, etc. to add the "wow" factor for your event. Pricing varies on services chosen. Items in the Banquet Briefing Checklist should aide in making this "As Simple As It Gets." Some of our requirements are subject to discussion and negotiation, and all request for special needs or help with special theme events will be dealt with in the Piper spirit of cooperation and gracious entertaining. Please look over these guidelines and menu options. We will be happy to assist you in fine tuning your decisions so you can be assured of a memorable event. Thank you for your interest in the Piper.
