carefree party.
We have
two areas available depending on the size
of your group,
time,
and the nature of the
event.

The
Piper
Pier
Room
The Pier
Room is our
primary banquet room,
perfect for rehearsal
dinners, wedding
receptions, retirement
dinners, and other
special functions. Book
early for Christmas
parties.
This
romantic ground-floor
room with many windows
accommodates up to135
guests and offers a
magnificent view
of Lake Macatawa and
Eldean Marina
and opens
outside to a cocktail
patio.

The
Piper
Loft
For a
more intimate setting,
the
Piper
Loft is
a private space that offers
seating for up to 36 guests. It
occupies the third floor of the
restaurant overlooking the main
dining room with a panoramic
view of Lake
Macatawa.
The
Loft is used for nightly
dinner guests during the
summer season and busy
weekends; and we might
not be able to
accommodate private
parties at those times.
Sorry, our elevator does
not go up to the third
floor.

Our
services include NO
room rental
fees when our low-minimum
guest counts are
met. Friday
events require 40 guests and Saturdays
require 70, unless
it is within 30 days of the event and
facility is still
available.
We set
up the room and clean up after your
event. Table
linens, napkins and all tableware are
included.
You
have the option of allowing us to
coordinate special order linens,
decor,
chair covers, etc. to add the
"wow"
factor for
your event.

Some of
our requirements are subject to
discussion and
negotiation,
and all request for special
needs or help with special theme events
will be dealt

in the Piper spirit of cooperation and gracious
